What personal data do we process?

We follow which content on the portal interests you the most and which of the content sent via e-mail interested you. Based on this, we create additional information so that we can provide you with professional educational content of your choice and so that we can further improve our website and services in the future.

We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. If you visit the website www.ecoopedu.comi, where we also use cookies, we use your data primarily to determine the number of visitors and improve our services. If you are registered with us, we use your information to manage your account and provide related functionality. With the help of your contact information and other information, we can simultaneously show and send you our customized content, videos of professional meetings and customized educational content according to your area of interest. With your consent, we provide the information to third parties to display the offer on other websites as well as to allow you to access some additional services. Who processes your personal information and with whom do we share it?

We will immediately stop processing your data for marketing activities; in other cases, we will do the same unless we have legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your rights or to enforce legal claims.
Right of appeal
The exercise of the above rights in no way affects your right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority. You can exercise this right in particular if you suspect that we are processing your personal data unjustifiably or contrary to generally binding legal regulations. How can you exercise certain rights?

We will fulfill your request as soon as possible, and in any case within one month. In exceptional cases, especially in the case of more complex claims, we have the right to extend this period by an additional two months. In the event that such an extension is necessary, and of course the reasons for it, we will of course inform you.
